1. Use of the Service

You may use the platform to manage your library catalog, members, and transactions. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

2. Account Registration and Security

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and ensuring that only authorized staff use administrative access. Security incidents should be reported promptly.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy

Libraries retain ownership of the operational data they enter into the platform. Our handling of that data is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments

Promotional offers apply only while explicitly active and within their configured limits. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected plan and billing configuration unless canceled under the applicable terms.

5. Service Availability and Updates

We may update features, workflows, integrations, and billing behavior over time. While we aim for continuity and reliability, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or operational reasons.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, non-payment, or behavior that threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
